[QA] Sometimes progress bar is shown as fully filled on Progress screen when transaction is in progress

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on Netlify with following config.

• ttps://deploy-preview-2836--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/
• Config: { routes: [...DEFAULT_ROUTES, MayanRoute] }

Steps:

1. Transfer 0.008 ETH from Optimism (MetaMask) to Ethereum (MetaMask) as WETH (0xC0...6Cc2)
2. Check the progress bar on Progress screen

Actual result: Sometimes progress bar is shown as fully filled.
Expected result: Progress bar fills up gradually.

Issue is inconsistent and has a low reproducibility rate. It can be reproduced with different chains and assets.

Issue reproducible on wormhole-connect-mainnet, when sending 0.00013 WETH from Polygon to Avalanche.
