It will be useful to have the built-in WordPress image size handles like Thumbnail, Medium, Large and Full to appear in addition to the custom image sizes in 'Image Size' dropdown.

Here's what Gary Jones said about this:

"Looks like it uses genesis_get_additional_image_sizes() on line 862 of view-source:http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/genesis-featured-content-widget/trunk/widget.php
Using genesis_get_image_sizes() would have included the large, medium and thumbnail sizes too."
