How to add HTML code at the end of widget in sidebar #67

I am trying hard but unable to duplicate the function to insert html code (to link to blog page) at the end of widget in sidebar. I would like to add text and html link to blog page instead of title link. Similar to Ultimate Posts Widget and Recent Posts Widget Extended. Any help?
