first i want to information you this is not bug issue but still you want to create this issue on git this i suggest make it as enhancement not bug.

and for now this is not require for our subscription plugin to make popup during cancel the subscription because none of any other subscription give the popup for this process because it is unnecessary and also none of any client has requested for this

According to developer it's not an issue.
