How to use python tools(eg. pillow) to generate images including Tibetan

Hi, i am trying to use pillow to generate image including Tibetan, but I have some problems:

I don't know why some characters are distorted, I am searching for a long time on net. But no use. can you help me to give some ideas how to achieve this.
