The period character "." is not included in the regex of the API Policy

Description

The period character "." is not included in the regex of the API Policy (AddHeader policy) and it is causing the UI validation failure when adding a value with the period character ".".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the API publisher
2. Create an API
3. Select the specific API and navigate to the API Configurations --> Policies section
4. Add the Add Header policy to the one of the resources
5. Then add a value with a period character "."
6. You will be able to see the UI validation error.
