使用--batch选项后出现的异常请到此issue反馈。

--update-only与--batch一起使用可以数秒内完成上千条歌词文件的更新！！！

@kengwang 你要不要把加速功能适配到你的fork里面？目前实现了歌词下载加速，在 NLyricImpl.AccelerateAllLyricsAsync 方法里面实现，算是黑科技，网易云音乐那边一直没修复这个问题，应该可以用很长一段时间。

目前网易云音乐官方把Batch API最大请求数量限制到了50
