Sorry, Unlike upstream this fork rely on other things to achieve auto-configure devices not only fetching devices list.
This will need to be refactored to work well with this fork, I haven't had devices that requires oem-cloud so I can't go deep into it.

Oh yes. that would be really cool if ledvance was directly supported. I had made a workaround at the time to integrate the Ledvance devices manually into localtuya.

I think I used also TinyTuya for this and then tidied up the result a bit, because otherwise it was too confusing: https://github.com/fuchs-fabian/TinyTuya-Cleaner
