Making automations or scenes

Are we able to make automations or scenes with the devices that are conected to localtuya? in case i dont want to use internet can i make an automation to work without it?

You can use homeassistant automations with device that are connected to localtuya normally, It should works without internet so yes as long HA can reach devices that connected to same network then yes.
