Buffering problems

It seems that sftp add-on doesn't respect caching settings (cache size and read factor) on both 20.5 and 21.0, so it can't play 4K movies through internet connection because of this.
Tried the same movie on the same connection (and same server - an sftpgo server) with http webdav, and it works very well. Not in sftp.
Tried VLC and Nova Video Player on Android and both working with the same server, on sftp.
