Hello everyone. Is it possible to make the channel-flow restart with a different (denser) mesh than the one used in the first iterations? |

Hello,
It is probably easier to interpolate a snapshot and start the simulation with the interpolated velocity field.

Thank you very much for the tip. Once the 3D arrays in the checkpoint file are modified, the only thing to do is to set the right mesh parameters in the input file, right?

yes, once all the arrays from the new checkpoint file have the correct size, you just need to change the mesh resolution on the input file.
