Upon running iectrl install Win7 there is zero output, however there is a file that seems to be partially downloaded and failed?
iectrl install Win7
λ ~/ iectrl install Win7 # command finishes and no output after
open ~/.ievms
Also the install usage is confusing - we need something like iectrl list-available-versions or something. Or more usage documented in README?

I believe this is due to md5 hash issue per xdissent/ievms#338
