Can't see the program when its started (clicking on .exe file)

I can not see the program when I start it anymore. It might be because I clicked "Start minimized" as one of the features, but it does not show in the taskbar at all. I just see it running in the background via "Task Manager". I can still use the hot keys when its open, though changing any settings is not possible since I can not see the GUI.
