Support for Geometry column types #190

It seems like there is currently no support for geometry column types in Ecto. I looked into doing this myself and have got it working but it requires changes to both mariaex and ecto.

I am happy to submit this as a PR when it is ready. But I am wondering about the best way to coordinate releases of both ecto and mariaex so that this works.

Merged to master. Would be releases in a next mariaex version.
