For running inference on SYnapse ACDC dataset, in the shell script, the check point path mentioned in the file Synapse_ACDC/evaluation_scripts/run_evaluation_acdc.sh is
CHECKPOINT_PATH=/home/say26747/Desktop/git/ACDC-nnunet/OUTPUT/test.

Where can we download this checkpoint model?

One model to download for inference is there in Synapse_ACDC under Visualization and Weights.
That file is named model_name.model - is that the checkpoint we need to use?
