Running the second tutorial, there is an error with the import statement for the install_qt_kicker -> parentheses need to be removed.

When executing the statement itself, I now get the following user warning:

UserWarning: bluesky.utils.install_qt_kicker is no longer necessary and has no effect. Please remove your use of it. It may be removed in a future release of bluesky.
