Change command output colour for spectators to something other than black

In green team, command output is green, in red team, the output of commands is red and so on.
However when in spectator, command output and tips are black. This is very hard to see a lot of the time especially with the chat shadow enabled. Could another easier to see colour please be used? Green would do fine I think.

This was taken from voxlap aos, where spectator team color is also black.

Having played with it being white for a few days now I think it should definitely be made white, especially with chat shadow being the default
