Bug描述
挂载srt字幕，调整字幕大小无效。

如何重现
重现该程序行为的步骤：

挂载srt字幕
调整字幕大小
观察字幕大小是否发生在变化

希望的正确行为
调整字幕大小，可以缩放字幕字体大小。

屏幕截图

设备信息（请回答下列问题）：

设备：Xiaomi 9 Pro
OS：MIUI13
程序版本：4.2.0

附加内容
视频格式是mkv，有内嵌字幕，但我用的是外挂srt字幕。无论是内嵌字幕还是外挂字幕，调整文字大小都无效。
