Missing texture?

No compass on minimal or main map

To Reproduce
Fresh install unmodded vanilla on a power VR 8320 gpu

Expected behavior
A icon does which direction on pointing on map

Additional context
I know this bug was already posted but the fix to convert the TGA to DDS did not work for me. Also trying to replace the file with marbs compass did not work
