Httpd session pool settings won't save or load.

1. Lowering or raising httpd session pool, yacy wont save the setting on a restart.
2. Editing yacy.conf to lower or higher yacy loads 200 in the when the server starts.

The httpd Session Pool 20. Changes take effect immediately which is true.

Actually, I'm not sure, how yacy.conf works, whether the settings persist, when you edit it when the instance is running and then restart. Safest way for editting the yacy.conf is while the instance is stopped, in my opinion.
