Hi @diegoarielbarriosmichalik , thanks for reporting. This repository has very little maintenance. Please migrate to https://github.com/forzagreen/n2words .

I tried with the example you gave, when I run n2words(5001000, {lang: 'es'}) I get 'cinco millones mil' which I think is correct too.
