Add Troubleshooting Section and Fix Minor Typos #168

I’d like to propose adding a troubleshooting section to the README to help users resolve common issues they might encounter while setting up or using the Predictive Calc application. This could include FAQs or solutions for typical errors.

Additionally, I noticed a minor typo in the README: "Futher" should be corrected to "Further."

If possible, could you please assign this issue to me? I’d be happy to implement these changes!
