I have converted (from mp3) and all is fine. When re-chapterizing existing mp4 files (whether or not force re-encode is selected) the files have random "stutters" at the beginning of some chapters. E.g. narrator says "Chapt, Chapter 12..." This happens to some (maybe most) but not necessarily all files converted/re-chapterized.

I've figured out what the "stutter" is: let's say each chapter starts with the narrator saying the word "Chapter."
What's happening is that at the end of the previous chapter the narrator is saying "Cha" then the next chapter starts and the narrator says "Chapter xx" so it's like the software is grabbing some millisecond of the beginning of a chapter, tacking it on to the end of the previous chapter, then starting the new one appropriately.
