`overview` argument in `pkg_manual()` not working #58

I believe the following line needs to include the Rd extension for this to work

litedown/R/package.R

Line 297 in 123b141

intro = paste0(name, '-package') # the name-package entry (package overview)

Submitted #57 to hopefully fix.
