Is prettydoc compatible with shiny app elements?

output:
    prettydoc::html_pretty
    theme: leonids
    runtime: shiny

I am having this error

Error in yaml::yaml.load(..., eval.expr = TRUE) : 
  Scanner error: mapping values are not allowed in this context at line 6, column 10
