Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Sequencer context will need to be able offer plugin in loader for Loading Editorial pkg products. Versions of such a product are having either one representation (.otio) with resources files for media files or two representations .otio and .mp4.

Loader has to load otio file into sequencer with clips pointing at the video file (s).

Here is the implementation for Resolve where we are publishing Editorial pkg products and those will need to be loaded into UE
