bug: Initiate the scan after quick add redirects to incorrect url

Current Behavior

Add a new target using the quick add functionality, do initiate scan, it redirects to /scan/default/start/undefined

Expected Behavior

should get id of recently added target for initial scan options

Steps To Reproduce

• quick add a target
• select 'Initiate Scan' on popup

Environment

- reNgine: 2.2.0
- OS: 
- Python:

- Docker Compose:
