Failure to mount ciragolink

I'm trying to set up a Cirago NUS2000, and connect it to my Chromebook through their ciragolink.com system. When I attempt to mount the server through the webDAV app, I get a FAILED message, with no explanation. I can connect through my Android phone just fine, so it's not the service. I have done the following already:

Double and triple checked the name and password.

Tried several variations of the recommended address:
The recommended address is nus*****.ciragolink.com:9880. I have tried http://nus**_**_.ciragolink.com:9880, http://nus**_**_.ciragolink.com, and nus*****.ciragolink.com.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
