MHA unknown variable 'default-character-set=utf8mb4' #151

When I set'default-character-set=utf8mb4' on binlogserver, MHA failover will fail.

MySQL: MySQL5.7
MHA: mha4mysql-node-0.56-0.el6.noarch.rpm

Suggest:

can try to add the --no-defaults option to change this state.
