NAtive passkey implementation

We will have 2 steps authentication process
It will be triggered on cumulative amount of tokens send e.g. if limit is 100, trigger passkey when user cumulative balance to be sent >100.
This will also be valid for large transactions
This needs to be done completely client side
Once, we have done initial research we can delegate this to someone else.
