1.7.2-1.7.5 cannot display capes

Hello, I have noticed that capes do not function on 1.7.2-1.7.5. Skins and authentication works fine, and the issue is resolved in 1.7.6. Authlib is not used prior to 1.7.2 so those versions are not affected. For completeness sake, it would be nice if the capes could be fixed on these versions. Thank you.
