action node: ability to sort targets (entitys, devices, lables etc.) via drag n drop

it took me a while to get my head around this new "feature" (will have to rework so many flows...argh...)
however:

currently if you put more then one target into the action node, their order is fixed.
it would be cool to be able to rearrange them like in the change or switch node!
