[FEATURE] - Check tunnel statistics via REST API/terminal/adb shell

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to check tunnel statistics while another app is on top; that is without switching to WGtunnel app to read such metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to get this metrics using a terminal. Maybe with WGtunnel exposing a service on some port and polling such metrics with HTTP requests?

This also can pave the way for something refined and detailed like list established connections through a specific tunnel or interact with the app.

But first concern is obtain metrics.

No alternatives considered. I think polling via an exposed HTTP server is good enough.
