[BUG] - Split tunelling app search is case sensitive

Describe the bug
Inside TunnelName > Settings > Split Tunneling, the app search function is case sensitive. As an example, when searching for 'immich', it doesn't find anything, but searching 'Immich' finds the app right away.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 8 Pro
• Android Version: Android 15 - GrapheneOS
• App Version: 3.6.5
• Backend: Userspace

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the "Split Tunelling" section of a VPN tunnel
2. Search for an app with capital letters in the name
3. See that the app won't be found unless it's name is capitalized exacty as it appears on your home screen

Expected behavior
I don't see a reason for the app search being case sensitive.
