Official MongoDB support

First, thanks for this great repo, its helped a lot of people over the years!

I wanted to mention that 11.3 has an official package for interfacing with MongoDB: https://reference.wolfram.com/language/MongoLink/guide/MongoLinkOperations.html

It might be useful to users to have this mentioned in the Readme.md.

Finally, if there are any missing features/issues you see with the official package, would be extremely interested in hearing your feedback.

Thanks for pointing that out, and sorry for the slow response. I've just put a note at the top of the readme. I only have v11.2 and don't work for WRI anymore, so it might be a bit before I get to try out MongoLink. From the docs, the interface looks nice!
