error messages is following: FYI
rename C:/Users/Public/Documents/log/access.log C:\Users\Public\Documents\log\access-2024-09-19T14:23:35+08:00.log: The parameter is incorrect.

It's already supported in v1.7.0.

Use FileTimeFormat in config file.
