connect error, client::legacy

While using zingo-cli on f51c7f36 tag: 1.10.3
currently the most recent release I had a couple errors.

While attempting to resolve them something very similar to the original error also caught my eye:

(main) Block:2xxxxxx (type 'help') >> sync Error with get_latest_block response at https://zec.rocks:443/: Status { code: Unknown, message: "client error (Connect)", source: Some(hyper_util::client::legacy::Error(Connect, ConnectError("dns error", Custom { kind: Uncategorized, error: "failed to lookup address information: Name or service not known" }))) }

This appears to be the same error appearing in relation to fetcher code, now in a PR against ZLN.
