Add lexicon docs

[electricduck]

As interest grows in ATFile, we need to have standardized lexicon JSON files in the repository (even though ATFile itself won't use them). Sifting through the Bash script to work out what its doing isn't ideal and will likely cause problems if someone gets something wrong.
