[FEATURE REQUEST] Update supported versions of Jekyll to a more recent version

As stated in the title, this theme only supports Jekyll versions up to 3.9, which prevents me from using it for my site. Which is a shame, as it is a beautiful theme. If possible, I'd like to see it updated to 4.3.3, the newest jekyll version.
