Implement Test Mode

I often disable submitting classifications when testing by commenting out the submission line. Ideally, this would instead be a sort of toggle box to put the app in demo-mode. There might also be some other items disabled/altered under a "demo" mode.

• Close all workspaces button
• Turn off close classifier timers
