Describe the bug
You dock a module to CM, then you get next to the joint of these two modules the gravity gets enabled and you can walk on it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Dock a module to the CM.
  2. Go outside.
  3. Get on a side of the modules.
  4. Gravity will be enabled.

Expected behavior
Gravity shouldn't be enabled outside the modules.

This is not related to HRP, this bug exists in Vanilla and is very old.
