As per their terms of use (Google Translate translation):

Any mass downloading content for any purpose without permission from the Dialnet Foundation is prohibited except downloading metadata via the OAI-PMH protocol.

Reported at https://twitter.com/SaSoeurJuliette/status/500904958989172736 Apparently, people get blocked from the site for using Zotero (or something like that). Or not. Either way, we could comply with their ToS. +1 for a dedicated OAI-PMH translator.

I'm interested in a OAI-PMH translator, for http://gutenberg.beic.it/OAI-PUB . If you have pointers, or a stub code, that could be developed in a general-purpose facility, I could help.
