Is your feature or enhancement request related to a problem or limitation? Please describe

There seems to be an entire set of APIs that were only implemented in the CICS VSCE repo.

Describe your enhancement idea

Now that this is a monorepo, we should:

  • migrate those to the SDK
  • expose them through the plug-in
