Summary
This is an initial CDK-validium version which is based on Elderberry v2 zkEVM rollup.

- All the Elderberry features are supported
- Allow-lists support
- Native gas token support
- DAC and external DAs support
- AggLayer support (unified bridge & soundness checks)
