force estimation library addition:


New force estimation node (the one publishing the forces on ros topic)

  • using the above functionalities
  • arrow markers for forces
  • possibility to change the ref frame
  • launches and config files

I tried them in gazebo (no real) and it seems everything works. All is optional so it is no disruptive with the previous code
