I think there are a couple of things missing from MIGRATION.md. May be worth looking through the PRs again.

At least the changed generics (around UsesState, State etc.) should be noted somewhere. The interface changes break custom implementations of e.g. Executors.

I see, the formatting is slightly off, therefore I missed it. Fix in #2855.
