1. Quest Work! …

   This is a lot of quest work! This fixes a lot of quests, adds lang to a lot of quests and adds some new quests.
   
   Quest Changelog:
   
   Fixed many issues, inconsistencies and more
   Added Apotheosis Gear quests
   Added lang support for Create New Age, Create Brass Stage and many other quests
   Removed Red and Blue Anvil chapter
   Some quests have been removed from Stage 4 and it is now very empty
   Added titles to a lot of quests with item filters
   Changed ID chapter's layout
   Added a lot of random quests throughout chapters
   Removed a lot of useless quests from chapters
   Added invisible license quests to most chapters
   Changed a lot of quest rewards
   Added to the Storage quests
   Lots of other various changes
