Frontier: Nicole has been doing large scale WarpX runs
- Nicole implemented a field add function, for warpx used to combine fields for vol rendering
- Ghost filtering step is slow, resurrected pre VTK-m 2.0 optimizations, still investigating
Expression Infra: Cyrus is undertaking a stocktake of JIT and non-JIT expressions
- Refactoring and renaming to improve understanding
Andres at ANL working over summer on bi-directional use cases
- Looks like this will trigger infra with sim callbacks and shell commands
Collab with Univ of Oregon for interactive Ascent features.
