Minor bicycle component fixes, hooked up schedule & matches to TBA interface for 2024 FIT Waco Event:

• To work, TBA interface still needs an initial internet connection to load the schedule and data from their api.
• Starting the app without an internet connection will not cause anything to break other than the auto-team-setter-thingy=that-relies-on-tba
• Once loaded, you can disconnect your device and long as you don't restart the app (clearing the cache (yeah THAT issue (the reload one))).
  Y'all owe me ;) (Ant requesting assistance at 3am seemed desperate but idk)

Android APK Release 5 for BBQScoutingPass; only difference from release 4 is includes tiny box functionality in the shot_from component for the cycle form.

APK Release 4

Android APK file release number 4; everything up to this point works and is aligned!

Note: In this release, the tinybox zone in the shot_from component has not had it's hitbox values set; still placeholders at this point. Does not cause any problems though. (see release 5 for updated apk w/ tiny box)
