Description:
This new launcher for Star Wars Empire at War: Forces of Corruption is designed to work with any version of the game released including disk version, GoG and most importantly Steam. It will list all installed mods and allows you to launch the game or any mod. This way there won't be any need having multiple shortcuts on your desktop or struggle with Steam launch options anymore.
Installation:
- Extract the 'FoC Launcher.exe' anywhere you like (e.g. onto your desktop). There is no need to place it into your game's directory. (unless you have multiple installations of FoC on your PC)
- Run the 'FoC Launcher.exe'
2.1 When launching, Windows might ask you whether you are sure to run a downloaded application. Please confirm. It won't ask you again afterwards.
Features:
- Supports Steam, Disk, Disk Gold, GoG, (Origin is untested)
- Automatic game and installed mods detection.
- Supports Sub Mods with chained launch parameters
- Simple but informative UI.
- Open the game's and mod's location in explorer from context menu
- Supports showing mod icons and other metadata like installed mod version.
- Automatic updates for new features.
- Customized launch options.
- Dynamic UI theme changing for different mods (planned).

Requirements:
- Windows 7 or greater, Windows 10 is recommended
- ca. 20MB free storage on your C: drive
- Installed .NET Framework 4.8 (should be installed by default if you run regularly Windows updates)
- Internet connection for updates
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the file get not executed, randomly deleted or your Antivirus is complaining, you need to white-list the 'FoC Launcher.exe' file in your antivirus tool. The tool is open source so check yourself for malicious code!

For Mod Creators:
The launcher includes extensibility features, such as Mod based GUI Themes, Display metadata information etc. Dependency injection for custom code execution migth also be an option.
Please feel free to call me about new ideas or if you need help to integrate your mod best.
Agreements:
By using the Launcher you agree that automatic updates are enabled by default.
Telemetry data and logs will be generated automatically. NO telemtry data and NO logs will be saved anywhere else but on YOUR system.
The launcher and its source code are licensed to you under the MIT license. Check the project's repository for license text and 3rd party notices.
